Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service.

1. General Policy

All payments made to World Rankers are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services — which involve planning, manual work, strategy development, and external platform costs — refunds are limited and subject to review.

2. SEO Services Refund Policy

SEO is a long-term marketing strategy. Rankings depend on multiple external factors including:

  • Search engine algorithm updates

  • Industry competition

  • Website history and authority

  • Technical website structure

Because results cannot be guaranteed, we do not offer refunds based on ranking positions, traffic changes, or conversion performance.

However:

  • If work has not yet started, you may request cancellation within 48 hours of payment for a partial refund (minus payment processing fees).

  • Once keyword research, SEO audits, on-page optimization, or link building has begun, refunds are not available.

3. Web Design & Development Refund Policy

For website design and development projects:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

  • Once design concepts or mockups are delivered, the deposit remains non-refundable.

  • If a project is canceled before development begins, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Completed websites, delivered design files, or approved development work are non-refundable.

4. Guest Posting & Backlink Services

Guest posting services include manual outreach, publisher negotiations, content creation, and placement fees.

Because publisher payments and content production begin immediately, these services are non-refundable once outreach has started.

If a placement cannot be secured due to publisher rejection, we will offer:

  • A replacement website with similar metrics, or

  • A credit toward a future order

We do not guarantee specific traffic numbers, domain metrics, or search engine ranking positions.

5. Social Media & Paid Advertising Campaigns

For paid advertising and social media marketing services:

  • Setup and strategy fees are non-refundable.

  • Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms (such as Google or Meta) are non-refundable.

  • Management fees may be refundable only if no campaign work has begun.

6. Monthly Retainers & Ongoing Services

For monthly SEO or marketing retainers:

  • Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.

  • No refunds are issued for completed monthly work.

  • Partial-month refunds are not provided.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue promptly.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests outside this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management discretion.
